•TAIP - Most widely used format for transmitting GPS for AVL. Supports both the >RPV and >RLN messages.

•NEMA - Supported format: GPRMC

•RAP - Used by Airlink modems. Airlink also supports TAIP.

•Location Technologies - Used by LT3, LT4, LT5 GPS modems. Supports message types $30, $39, $3A, $3B, $4C, and $6E

•BioKey - Message Format

•Location Technologies Wireless Data Server format

Serial Port Formats

•Data Radio - DMP protocol

•Location Technologies - Used by LT3, LT4, LT5 GPS modems.

•Kenwood - PC interface protocol
